Bookings
Card details are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
No payment is taken unless you cancel within 12 hours or do not attend.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at the full rate.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened out of respect for the next client’s appointment, but the full fee will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment and the cancellation policy will apply.
Health & Medical Conditions
Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant at the time of booking or before your treatment begins.
Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your health or medications.
Minimum Age
Clients must be 16 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian and by prior arrangement.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, displays inappropriate behaviour, or if a treatment is deemed unsafe for health reasons.
